Chip McAslan Founder and CEO

Chip founded Lavo Solutions with a vision to provide intuitive, cost effective and accurate chemical dispensing solutions for the hospitality industry. Prior to Lavo, Chip served as the President for Knight LLC (a unit of IDEX Corporation) in Irvine, CA, where he oversaw all facets of the business including manufacturing operations in Mexico and branch distribution in Canada and the United Kingdom. Prior to Knight, Chip held various positions within IDEX including commercial lead for Banjo Corporation, an Agricultural and Chemical valve manufacturer and injection molding business in Crawfordsville, IN. He also served as Acquisition Integration Manager in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Director of Strategy for the Fluid and Metering Technology (FMT) group of businesses. Prior to joining IDEX, Chip held roles of increasing responsibility with KPMG LLP in Chicago and Amsterdam.

Campbell Dodson Founder and Chief
Revenue Officer

Campbell is a Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Lavo Solutions, LLC.  Campbell is a true industry veteran and has worked in the industrial chemical business since 1996. He began his career at WSI , an industry leader in laundry products for linen, uniform and healthcare rental markets. In his last two years at WSI, he led the US sales efforts for the Santec Cleaning Chemicals division, serving the Jan/San and OPL laundry markets. Campbell joined Hydro Systems in 2008 as a Global Key Accounts Director, managing the top multi-national accounts. Campbell was named Brand Manager for the Electronics Division of Hydro Systems, and subsequently promoted to North American Sales Director, managing a team regional and inside sales associates. Campbell then joined Michelman, Inc. as Global Business Development Manager and North American Sales Director.

Jason McDaniel Director of Connected Solutions

Jason serves as the Director of Connected Solutions for Lavo. He brings a dedication to solving customer issues and technical challenges through product innovation, continuous process and technology improvements. He has a successful 20+ year Electrical Engineering background with experience in business development and customer-facing roles. Jason worked for Hydro Systems where he focused his energy on developing new electronic and dispensing solutions before transitioning into an Account Manager role in the Water Treatment industry. In 2016 Jason became the Technical Manager for Strategic Accounts and worked closely with customers to solve technical challenges through product innovation and continuous improvements. In his new role at Lavo Solutions, Jason will be overseeing all Lavo Electronics and Connected Solutions.

Bob Guilday Vice President of Business Development

Bob joins Lavo Solutions as the Vice President of Business Development. He is also an industry veteran and began as Operations Manager in 1982 for AVRIL Inc, a warewash and laundry products manufacturer. In 1997, Bob joined NOVA Controls, an electronics manufacturer based in Santa Cruz Ca, and handled regional sales of warewashing and laundry delivery systems for the East Coast and Canada. In 1999, Hydro Systems purchased NOVA and Bob took control of East regional sales, encompassing 17 states and Canada. Over a 20-year period at Hydro Systems, Bob served as Director of New Business Development and Global Corporate Account Manager, where he handled many of the largest International customers. In 2017, Bob was named Business Development Manager at Aptech Group, the industry leader in solid water treatment products.

Kate McAslan Creative Director

Kate is Lavo Solutions’ Creative Director and believes there is a place for strategic branding in chemical dispensing. Kate has worked in marketing and advertising for nearly 20 years in New York City, Chicago, Amsterdam, and Orange County, CA. She began her career working with futurist Faith Popcorn on business development and brand planning. Kate subsequently joined Civic Entertainment Group in NYC and worked on several high profile accounts, including The History Channel and NYC Parks. Kate also served as Account Supervisor at Remedy Chicago, a branding and design consultancy focused on health, and Marketing Executive at Time Out Amsterdam magazine, part of the international Time Out Media Group.
