Chip McAslan | Founder CEO, CFS Technologies

Chip founded Lavo Solutions with a vision to provide intuitive, cost effective and accurate chemical dispensing solutions for the hospitality industry. His role has since expanded to being CEO of CFS Technologies, a family of brands that includes Lavo Solutions, Lafferty Equipment Manufacturing, and Knight equipment under the CFS Technologies umbrella. Prior to Lavo, Chip served as the President for Knight LLC (at the time a unit of IDEX Corporation) in Irvine, CA, where he oversaw all facets of the business including manufacturing operations in Mexico and branch distribution in Canada and the United Kingdom. Prior to Knight, he held various positions within IDEX including commercial lead for Banjo Corporation, an Agricultural and Chemical valve manufacturer and injection molding business in Crawfordsville, IN. He also served as Acquisition Integration Manager in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Director of Strategy for the Fluid and Metering Technology (FMT) group of businesses. Prior to joining IDEX, Chip held roles of increasing responsibility with KPMG LLP in Chicago and Amsterdam.

Campbell Dodson | Founder CCO, CFS Technologies

Campbell is a Founder of Lavo Solutions, LLC and now serves in the expanded role of CCO for CFS Technologies, the parent company to Lavo Solutions, Lafferty Equipment Manufacturing, and Knight LLC. Campbell has worked in the industrial chemical business since 1996, starting his career at WSI, an industry leader in laundry products for linen, uniform and healthcare rental markets. In his last two years at WSI, he led the US sales efforts for the Santec Cleaning Chemicals division, serving the Jan/San and OPL laundry markets. Campbell joined Hydro Systems in 2008 as a Global Key Accounts Director, managing the top multi-national accounts. Campbell was named Brand Manager for the Electronics Division of Hydro Systems, and subsequently promoted to North American Sales Director, managing a team of regional and inside sales associates. Campbell then joined Michelman, Inc. as Global Business Development Manager and North American Sales Director.

CFS Technologies fields an expansive team of customer service and tech support reps and account managers focused on providing world class service and support to every customer of Lavo Solutions, Lafferty Equipment, and Knight. The SIM Group provides auxiliary service, installation, and maintenance support to customers that sell into the hospitality, healthcare, and food and beverage industries.
