Ana Favila
Procurement and Customer Experience Leader
Why did you decide to join the Lavo Team?
I was very excited to join the Lavo team because it presented the opportunity to grow professionally, intellectually, and personally. The Lavo team had already established a great foundation and I was eager to help build upon it.
What’s your role in the company?
I am in charge of procurement and customer experience. I handle several things, mostly including inventory forecasting, purchasing, and arranging freight from our overseas suppliers. A large part of my role is also to be readily available for customer inquiries, questions, or sales order requests.
What do you hope to accomplish in the future at the company?
I hope to establish a better forecasting method to better manage inventory needs. Another goal I have is to learn more about the industry so that I have a better understanding of the products as a whole.
Why do you like your job?
I like my job because it’s always continuously learning about the products, systems we use, or of the people around me. It also offers me a very well-balanced work/life schedule.

Why did you decide to join the Lavo Team?
I wanted to be part of a great team with a successful company, and that’s exactly what Lavo is. I want to gain experience as well as grow my skills. I believe I will become a valuable asset to the company.
What’s your role in the company?
My role in the company is marketing, which entails: working on Lavo’s social media channels, creating videos for customers, working on the main website and blog, creating labels for products, and much more.
What do you hope to accomplish in the future at the company?
As a marketing specialist, an important goal of mine is to reach a greater audience in the cleaning equipment industry. I will use various ways to improve revenue and sales, as well as trying new things as I continue to gain experience. I will create brand awareness and make Lavo stand out as a company.
Why do you like your job?
I really like working at Lavo because the people are amazing. As my first job, I am already learning quite a lot and am gaining new skills. I also believe I have a creative and analytical mindset, so this job is ideal for me.
