The 1-Hose Uni-Body 517 Sanitize / Rinse / LC Foam System is a 3-function cleaning system with a medium volume foamer. The venturi injector uses standard city water pressure to draw two chemical concentrates into the water stream and create accurately diluted solutions. Compressed air is injected into the solution to increase volume and coverage ability, which is then projected through the hose and fan nozzle at distances up to 12 feet. Sanitizer solution is projected as a fan pattern spray at the lean ratios required for no-rinse sanitizing in food plants. Rinse through the same hose and nozzle, or use an optional more powerful rinse nozzle.

Portable Precision Cart Fogger
The Portable PD Precision Fogger is a chemical atomizer that uses compressed air to draw pre-diluted chemical solutions from a pail on the stainless steel cart. The chemical solution flows through the twin-line hose and thumb-gun to the fogger body which atomizes the chemical and projects it as light, “damp” fog particles at distances up to 15 feet.

The solution is projected through the discharge hose and fan nozzle as a 5.4 GPM, heavy spray for fast and efficient coverage.
The High Volume Mixing Station is a 9.9 GPM @ 40 PSI chemical proportioner for accurately diluting a chemical concentrate and quickly filling large containers with a ready-to-use chemical solution. This venturi injection system uses standard city water pressure (35 – 125 PSI) to draw and blend chemical concentrate into the water stream. Ball valve activation allows for hands-free dispensing.
2-Way W-20 Spray-All
The 2-Way W-20 Spray-All is a water-driven, low-volume spray applicator for applying up to 2 chemicals to a variety of surfaces. This venturi injection system uses standard city water pressure to draw and blend chemical concentrates into the water stream. Precision metering tips are used to create accurately diluted solutions which are projected through the discharge hose and fan nozzle as a spray. Use the chemical ball valves to inject the 2 chemicals separately or simultaneously. This unit is great for spraying virtually any sized area or object slowly and completely with very little run-off.

The Drum Bung Mount Uni-Body™ W-20 Spray-All has threads to fit most bung openings and is a water-driven, low volume sprayer that mixes chemicals with water and projects the solution as a light, uniform spray. Precision metering tips control chemical volume to create an accurately diluted solution projected through the discharge hose and fan nozzle. This unit produces very little runoff with slow, precise coverage of virtually any size area or object.

Featuring a cart assembly, this system uses standard city water pressure to draw and blend chemical concentrates into the water to create diluted solutions using metering tips to control chemical usage. Foam is created by injecting compressed air into the foaming solution to greatly increase volume and coverage ability, which is then projected through the discharge hose and fan nozzle at distances up to 12 feet. The sanitizer solution is projected as a “flooding” spray for fast complete coverage. Rinse at full pressure using the 4-hole nozzle.

This venturi injection system uses standard city water pressure to draw and blend chemical concentrate into the water stream. Precision metering tips are used to create an accurately diluted solution which is projected through the discharge hose and fan nozzle as a uniform spray. With a flow rate of around 2 gallons per minute, this unit is great for spraying virtually any sized area or object quickly and efficiently.
